Sushi & Asian Flare
Join Chef Jarvis for an exploration of sushi making and pan-Asian cuisine while learning how to work with new ingredients and techniques in this class. Chef Jarvis teaches guests how to make Dashi soup with shiitake mushrooms and vegetables, followed by a chilled pad Thai noodle salad.
Guests will learn how to craft traditional sushi rolls by hand using a variety of vegetables and sushi-grade fish. For dessert, learn a new favorite recipe; a warming ginger rice pudding with citrus, pineapple and spices.
